AutoMate is a service business based in Phoenix, Arizona. We install and maintain car wash, dryer, and water-treatment equipment at automobile dealerships across the southwestern United States.

We collect only what we need to perform service for our dealership customers and respond to service requests.
We do not collect or process personal financial information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

We do not use your information for marketing emails or sales of products you haven't asked about. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with the service providers we use to operate our business, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us.
We may disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our legal rights, but we will tell you if we are legally permitted to do so.
We do not sell your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Our services are intended for business use by dealership service personnel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our services are operated in and intended for use within the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through our service request portal or via SMS to opted-in contacts.
